Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates for all our customers.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Domestic and International Shipping
We ship our products from our warehouse in Germany.
- Domestic (Germany): Delivery usually takes 4–6 business days.
- International (EU & UK): Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Usually, orders within Europe arrive within 8–12 business days.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Caine Bricks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please refer to our Cancellation Policy. We offer a simplified process where you may keep the faulty product and receive a free replacement (if possible) or a full refund. Please contact us at support@cainebricks.com with photos of the damage.
