1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.

2. Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract

3. Language of the Contract and Storage

The languages available for the contract are German and English. We store the contract text and send you the order data and our T&C by email.

4. Delivery Conditions and Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. Details on the amount of shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. We only deliver by shipping; self-collection is not available.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

  • Credit Card: Your card will be charged upon completion of the order.
  • PayPal: You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first.
  • Google Pay: To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, and confirm the payment instruction to us. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.
  • Klarna (Pay Now / Pay Later / Financing): In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you various payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
    • Pay Now: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
    • Pay Later (Invoice): The payment period is 14 or 30 days from the shipment of the goods.

Note: The use of Klarna payment methods requires a positive credit check. For this purpose, we forward your data to Klarna for address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

7.1 Statutory Warranty

The statutory right of liability for defects applies.

7.2 Defective Goods Policy (Our Guarantee)

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • You are generally not required to return the defective item.
  • We will provide a free replacement if available.
  • If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to request photographic or video evidence of the defect before processing the replacement or refund.

8. Liability

We are always liable without limitation for claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents in the event of injury to life, limb, or health, or in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.

9. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
